Police in the Town of Newburgh are searching for a serial flasher who repeatedly exposes himself while looking through women's windows.
Residents of the Parr Valley apartment complex say one of the alleged victims has boarded up her window after repeatedly being targeted. One neighbor says the Peeping Tom left the woman a note.
