The Taconic Parkway reopened about 10 a.m., after multiple car crashes near Peekskill Hollow Road closed the highway's southbound lanes in Putnam Valley Friday, officials said.
"We're investigating what caused" the accidents, said Maj. Michael Kopy, commander of State Police Troop K, which patrols counties on the eastern side of the Hudson River, from Westchester up through Columbia.
