Two men have been charged with burglary after a neighbor foiled a scrap-metal theft in the city of Poughkeepsie, police said.
Daryl Thrasher, 40, and Jake Corston, 45, both of the city of Poughkeepsie, were charged with second-degree burglary, fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree criminal mischief, felonies; and possession of burglar's tools, a misdemeanor.
