Ulster man charged with failing to register as sex offender

A Port Ewen man who moved to Kingston was accused of failing to register as a sex offender, Ulster County sheriff's deputies said Sunday.

Timothy M. Temple, 21, was arrested Saturday and charged with the felony, according to a news release from the Ulster County Sheriff's Office.
