A 21-year-old Town of Ulster man was in critical condition Saturday after he was struck by a train and two of his limbs were severed, State Police at Kingston said.

Paramedics responded to the train tracks near Boices Lane at 7:05 a.m. after a CSX dispatcher told them a train conductor spotted a body.
