Memorial to Garrison man who died a hero unveiled in Peekskill

Friends and family gathered at the Peekskill waterfront Sunday to welcome a new memorial for Christopher Baisley, the 52-year-old Garrison man who drowned in the Hudson River off Peekskill trying to save his 7-year-old niece in August.
