The Hudson Valley Hospital Center in Cortlandt is set to close its methadone clinic this summer.
Substance abusers have been receiving treatment at the center for the past 30 years, but the hospital agreed to turn over the clinic to the Renaissance Project of Elmsford earlier this year.
The center was slated to move to Peekskill, but the project was stopped because of opposition from local residents.
It's not clear where the current patients will go once the clinic closes on July 6.
