Hi-Tor Animal Care Center in Pomona

Staff and volunteers at Hi-Tor Animal Care Center in Pomona are hoping to raise about $500,000 to build a new shelter. The current facility shelters about 43 dogs and 70 cats, far in excess of the original capacity intended when it was built.
