Danroy Henry case continues

Danroy Henry, of Easton Mass., was shot and killed outside of a bar in Thornwood on Oct. 17, 2010. Since the shooting many have gathered to support the family and honor the life of Henry. The family of Henry, eight friends and fellow athletes filed suit against Officer Aaron Hess, Pleasantville and Westchester County in connection with the incident during Pace's homecoming weekend. Officer Aaron Hess was cleared of criminal charges by a Westchester County grand jury in the Oct. 17, 2010, shooting outside Finnegans Bar & Grill in Thornwood.
