A Manhattan federal jury cleared television station WPIX of age discrimination against its former news director.
Karen Scott had filed a $4.5 million lawsuit against the station. Her lawyer said she hasn't decided if she will appeal.
She claimed she was fired after turning 60.
The Tribune-owned Channel 11 said it fired Scott because of poor ratings and declining ad revenues.
The jury reached its verdict on Wednesday.
