Sen. David Carlucci addresses National Guard in Orangeburg

State Sen. David Carlucci (D-Rockland/Orange) addressed U.S. Army National Guard members of Company B of the 101st Expeditionary Signal Battalion, at the New York State Armory in Orangeburg. The unit will be activated in August for a nine-month deployment to Afghanistan. (July 8, 2012)
