Volunteers prevent trespassers at Grandview Elementary School in Monsey
Six concerned residents volunteered to guard the school property during recess at Grandview Elementary School in Monsey, saying that having unauthorized people walk through school grounds posed a safety risk to children. Members of the orthodox Jewish community frequently cut through the school playground going to and from synagogues and yeshivas. (Oct. 2, 2012)
