Carl MacGowan
I cover the Town of Smithtown and its 115,000 residents. My colleague Emi Endo and I are regulars at town board meetings, and we stay in contact with town and community leaders. I am interested in town politics, development issues and the ongoing concerns about traffic and pedestrian safety in downtown Smithtown. As a reporter, I’m always interested in how communities change and how residents deal with that change. Write or call and share what you know.
