Frank L. Campbell (1949-2012)

Frank L. Campbell, 63, of Braintree, Mass., died Nov. 10, 2012.

He was born March 10, 1949, in Suffern to parents Frank and Elsie Campbell.

He graduated from Suffern High School in 1967 and later SUNY Plattsburgh. He moved to South Shore in 1974. He was a licensed insurance broker working for different agencies, most recently with Aon private risk management insurance in Boston. He was a former member of the board of directors of the Braintree Choral Society and a member of the East Braintree Civic Association. He was a lifelong collector of antique clocks and a member of the national Association of Watch Clock collectors. He also collected antique cars for several years and loved to drive and work on them.

Survivors include two brothers, Gregory of Francestown, N.H., and David of Gilboa; a nephew, Douglas Campbell; and a niece, Kimberly Young.

His funeral took place Nov. 12 at Scarr Funeral Home Inc. on Route 202 in Suffern. Burial followed at Airmont Cemetery in Airmont.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Heart Association or Massachusetts General Hospital would be appreciated.
