Michael George Santangelo, 16, of Rye, died Dec. 30, 2012.
Santangelo was born Aug. 14, 1996, to Lisa Falco Santangelo and Michael Santangelo.
He is survived by his parents, his sister Maria Rose Santangelo, and his grandparents, Maria Falco, William Falco and Rose Santangelo.
He was a sophomore at Loyola School in New York City.
The family will receive friends at the Graham Funeral Home from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday at Church of St. Ignatius Loyola in New York City. Entombment will follow at Ferncliff Mausoleum in Hartsdale.
Memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund in Santangelo's memory at Loyola School, 980 Park Ave., New York, NY 10028.
