Congers man, 45, indicted in $2.7M investor fraud
A 45-year-old Congers man has been indicted on charges that he bilked private investors of more than $2.7 million over a period of several years, federal authorities said.
Stephen Colangelo Jr. faces more than 20 years in prison if convicted of two counts of securities fraud and two counts of wire fraud. He was arrested at his Congers home Monday by the FBI.
