The East Ramapo School District announced Tuesday that its teacher and principal evaluation plan was approved by the state.
School districts statewide have until Thursday to receive approval for their plans or lose 2012-13 state aid increases.
"It was truly a unified effort," East Ramapo Superintendent Joel Klein said in a news statement, praising union leaders for their collaboration.
