Family, friends and colleagues came together Monday to say a final farewell to one of the longest-serving politicians in New York State.

Haverstraw Town Clerk Josephine Carella died last week at the age of 88 after spending nearly four decades serving the town.

Hundreds turned out at St. Mary's Catholic Church on Conklin Avenue to say goodbye to the woman who worked up until her death....
