Hudson Valley K-9 training

The Clarkstown Police Department hosted a three day police canine seminar. The seminar is to train the decoy to work with the handler and canine to target the individual canine's needs. The training was held at the Rockland Psychiatric Center in Orangeburg with 16 police dogs and 25 handlers from Rockland and Orange Counties, New York State Police and the instructors are members of the Boston Police Department.
