A Garnerville woman has exchanged her husband's birthday gift to her -- for a million dollars.

The New York Lottery's Yolanda Vega presented second-prize Powerball winner Jehanne Julien-Banica with a symbolic check for $1 million at a ceremony Thursday morning at the Empire City Casino at Yonkers Raceway.
