A Rockland County man maintained a small illegal arsenal in his home while taking to the Internet under an assumed name to threaten the lives of prominent elected officials, including Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo, police said.
Lawrence Mulqueen, 49, of Nanuet, was arrested about 6 p.m. Wednesday, Clarkstown police Sgt. Glenn Cummings said.
