A Pearl River man is accused of having a five-year sexual relationship with an underage girl since she was just 10 years old, the Orangetown Police Department said Saturday.

Hector Manuel Bonilla, 38, was arrested 9 p.m. Friday and charged on almost 60 counts ranging from rape to sexual assault against a child, cops said.
