A Rockland County grand jury has indicted a Troy man whom police found carrying more than an ounce of heroin during a traffic stop.

Love Williams, 32, faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of the lone count of felony third-degree drug possession, the office of Rockland District Attorney Thomas Zugibe said.
