Rockland family not helping probe of principal's alleged slapping of student, DA says

The family of a Rockland County student, who was allegedly slapped by a Hasidic principal, is not cooperating with investigators, officials told News12.

Meilech Spitzer, the principal of the private United Talmudical Academy in Spring Valley, was accused of assault Thursday based on a police detective's report that the rabbi slapped a 10-year-old student across the face several times.
