Route 202 in Garnerville remained closed in both directions Thursday afternoon after a morning crash in which a truck veered into a utility pole, Haverstraw town police said.

An Orange and Rockland Utilities crew was still securing power lines to a replacement pole, police said at 3:30 p.m. They had no estimate on when the work would be completed.
