A 3-month-old boy was sent to the ICU after an accident on Interstate 87 early Wednesday morning, State Police said.

The crash occurred around 1:45 a.m. near milemarker 24 on the northbound highway in Spring Valley, State Police Sgt. John Antonelli said.
