Families recover from Sandy at Stony Point trailer park
At Stony Point's Ba Mar trailer home park, where 12-foot surges from the Hudson swept through during superstorm Sandy and totaled at least 40 homes, some residents have worked furiously to move back in, while some still struggle with bureaucratic red tape. Others have simply given up.
