Suffern police are hoping to make an arrest soon in a Thursday hit-and-run incident related to a domestic quarrel that sent twin teen brothers to the hospital, police said Friday.
Suffern Det. Craig Long said police know who the driver is, based on numerous witness descriptions at the scene, and were seeking the 20-year-old Stony Point man, whom he would not yet identify, Friday afternoon.
