A Suffern woman charged with forcing her two young sons to stand outside barefoot in the cold and dark in only their pajamas earlier this month is due in court today.

Shannon K. Costantino, 32, of 37 Oakdale Manor, was charged with two misdemeanor counts of endangering the welfare of a child, Suffern police said recently.
