A Monsey man was killed and a New Rochelle man and a Staten Island man were injured early Monday in a two-car crash on the New York State Thruway in Nanuet, state police said.

Troopers said the Monsey man, 28-year-old Nicholas Kcira, was driving a 2003 Honda south on I-87 between exits 13 and 14 when he lost control of the vehicle and hit a guardrail.
