Yankees sign Kevin Youkilis to one-year, $12M deal

A formal archrival is now in pinstripes.
The Yankees and former Boston Red Sox third baseman Kevin Youkilis have reached an agreement on a one-year, $12 million deal, pending a physical, Newsday's Marc Carig has learned.
Ichiro Suzuki is now expected to sign with the Yankees soon, Carig reported.
Youkilis will replace the injured Alex Rodriguez, who will be out four to six months...
