Bankrupt Eastman Kodak has reached a deal to turn over the company's film business to U.K. Kodak Pension Plan which will eliminate a $2.8 billion pension obligation. Kodak, which once had a 90 percent market share of U.S. film sales filed for bankruptcy last year.
