NEW YORK, NY - MAY 07: U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of New York Preet Bharara addresses the media on May 7, 2013 in New York City. Bharara announced an indictment that charged leaders of the Mission Settlement Agency with mail and wire fraud in a scheme that allegedly victimized 1,200 debters in a multi-million dollar scheme. The case was the first referral from the new Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
