Brazilian Ambassador Roberto Azevedo, the upcoming U.N. World Trade Organization (WTO) director-general, speaks during a press conference in Brasilia, on May 17, 2013. He beat Mexican nominee Herminio Blanco in the final round, marking the growing role of the region in the world economy.
