New Yorkers hoping to get an in-person look at President Barack Obama taking the oath for his second term in office may get the chance -- with a little bit of luck and a visit to Sen. Charles Schumer's website.

Schumer announced Thursday that a statewide lottery will be held to distribute hundreds of free tickets to the 57th presidential inauguration in Washington.
