1 injured, 1 arrested after Mount Vernon shooting

One person was hospitalized and another was arrested Wednesday night after a shooting a stone's throw from Mount Vernon police headquarters, a police source said.

Cops responded about 9:30 p.m. The victim was taken to a hospital, but the source did not know the gender of the victim or which hospital the victim was rushed to.

Cops caught up with the alleged gunman after a brief foot pursuit...
