Two hat thieves capped off their Sunday evening in police custody after being nabbed outside a West Nyack clothing store, police said.
Charles Moye, 28, and Emanuel Acheampong, 28, both of Mount Vernon, were charged with grand larceny and possession of stolen property, felonies, Clarkstown police Sgt. JoAnne Fratianni said Monday in a statement.
