New Rochelle officials were responding to two water main breaks in the city early Friday morning.
The two blocks of Webster Avenue between Aberfoyle Road and Rosehill Avenue was blocked off from traffic shortly after authorities responded at 4 a.m., said New Rochelle Police Officer Natasha Seleno. The other affected main is located near Commerce Drive and Cedar Street, she said.
