A second man was charged Wednesday in the stabbing death of a Peekskill resident stemming from a dispute about a woman last Friday, police said.
Maurice Walker, 32, of Mount Vernon, faces second-degree murder charges in the killing of Alexander Rochester, 23, who recently moved to Peekskill from the Bronx, Peekskill police Lt. Eric Johansen said Wednesday.
