A single lane on the Ashford Avenue Bridge will be closed Wednesday as repair work continues on the span connecting Ardsley and Dobbs Ferry, officials said.

Work to apply netting and replace joints on the top side of the bridge began Tuesday and will continue Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino's office said in a statement.
