Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino will "likely" veto a recently passed bill that seeks to prohibit anti-abortion protesters from blocking or harassing patients and workers at health clinics.

"There's no need for this. There are federal and state laws already on the books," the Republican said Thursday while pre-taping an interview for "News 12 Newsmakers," which airs this weekend....
