Bill signing abolishes Mount Kisco agency

In an effort to shrink government, Gov. Andrew Cuomo has signed a bill abolishing the Mount Kisco Urban Renewal Agency, according to a news release from the office of state Sen. Greg Ball (R,C-Patterson) Thursday.
