Bronx man gets 8 1/2 years for Greenburgh burglary

A Bronx man who took part in a 2009 burglary in the Town of Greenburgh -- and later was tripped up by a laptop he stole -- got prison time Thursday for his role in the crime, officials said.

Victor Hernandez, 27, of 1070 Fox St., was given a sentence of 8 1/2 years in state prison by State Supreme Court Justice Richard Molea in White Plains, a spokeswoman for Westchester County District Attorney...
