The Cortlandt Healthcare Center has brought in an artist to carve sculptures out of a centuries-old tree on its property felled by Hurricane Sandy.
Rick Pratt, who calls himself the "Chain-saw Artist," has created statues, such as bears, owls and other wildlife out of the tree.
