Only four Consolidated Edison customers in Westchester whose power was knocked out by superstorm Sandy remained without service as of 9 a.m. Monday, a utility spokesman said.
One residential customer in Croton and two in Mamaroneck had yet to be restored as well as one business in the hamlet of Crugers in the town of Cortlandt, spokesman Chris Olert said.
