Contract talks between Con Ed and its 8,500 workers will resume Thursday after Wednesday's sessions failed to produce an agreement, with union negotiators slamming the utility for publicly releasing a package of proposals Tuesday.
"Once again, Con Ed is playing the bully," said John Melia, spokesman for the Utility Workers of America Local 1-2.
