Cortlandt site of event-planning workshop

A workshop will provide insights and advice on event planning next month in Cortlandt Manor.

The event will be held 5-9 p.m. Jan. 22 at The Mansion at Colonial Terrace, 119 Oregon Rd., the Hudson Valley Gateway Chamber of Commerce said in a statement Wednesday.

The program will cover fundamental areas of event planning such as managing details, contracts, budgets and planning templates.
