Prosecutors won't file charges against a Pelham Manor woman who hit an NYPD officer with her car last year, leaving him with severe head injuries.

Michael Tillistrand, 29, has been on medical leave since Nov. 15, when he was assisting another police officer during a traffic stop and was hit by Jillian Ruggiero, 28.
