A judge will now decide who was to blame for the fracas between Douglass Kennedy and two Northern Westchester Hospital nurses who tried to stop him from taking his newborn son outside for "some fresh air" in January.
In closing arguments at Kennedy's trial on misdemeanor charges of child endangerment and physical harassment in Mt. Kisco, attorneys presented opposite views of what happened.
