Drowning and heart disease contributed to the death of an Eastchester man whose body was discovered floating in the Hudson River in October, the Rockland County medical examiner's office said in a statement Thursday.

The medical examiner's office could not determine the exact manner of Frank Forgione's death. An autopsy revealed "no bodily injuries."
